- Visit our office to meet with a staff member.
- Use the drop box located outside our office.
Online
- Use the Secure Document Uploader tool in Pathway
Using the Secure Document Uploader
- Log in to Pathway with your UMKC username and password.
- From the Student Center homepage, select the Secure Document Upload tile.
- Select the Financial Aid Office in the Office/Department drop-down menu.
- Select the Document Type.
- Enter any comments/notes.
- Select Add Attachment.
- Locate the file on your device.
- Select Upload.
When your document is uploaded, you will receive a confirmation email at your UMKC email address.
Important note:
- Forms listed as 2026-2027 apply to students attending Fall 2026 or Spring 2027.
- Forms listed as 2025-2026 apply to students attending Fall 2025, Spring 2026 or Summer 2026.
