  • Incoming freshmen students who are graduates of one of the following high schools: Alta Vista Charter High School, Central Academy, East High School, F.L. Schlagle High School, Hogan Preparatory High School, J.C. Harmon High School, Lincoln College Prep Academy, Northeast High School, Paseo Academy of Fine and Performing Arts, Piper High School, Southeast Hight School, Southwest Early College Campus, Sumner Academy of Arts & Science, Success Academy, Turner High School, University Academy Charter School, Washington High School, Wyandotte High School.

Chancellor’s Transfer Award

Qualifications

  • Transfer students from any community college or four-year institution
  • Must have completed 40 transferable credit hours before attending UMKC
  • 3.0 cumulative GPA in all college work attempted
  • Must be working on first bachelor’s degree
  • Must be enrolled full-time
  • All School of Medicine students as well as professional and graduate level students in dentistry, pharmacy, or law are not eligible for these awards.
